FELIX ENGLISH CLASS

At weddings there is usually a large reception in which a ceremony takes place where people see the bride and groom fulfill the dream of getting married and being together. To finally conclude on a honeymoon where the bride and groom go on vacation to live together as a couple.

Today's topic was local customs, so I wanted to talk about Colombian customs. these are some of them: -Drink coffee all the time, but more in the morning. -Always be ready for a party, especially on the coast. -Christmas is part of us, that's why we celebrate it in the best way. -light candles, nothing like getting up at dawn or better yet not having slept to light the candles.

 In various parts of the world we can observe different cultures, customs and even traditions, just like each country has its festivals that represent them, such as: -In Brazil the carnival that takes place in Rio de Janeiro. -In Mexico the day of the dead. -In Italy the Carnival of Venice. -In Colombia the carnival of Barranquilla.

Yesterday important topics were discussed in class that make you think about many things through some questions. This made me think that we must live in the present and offer the best to those around us so as not to regret it later.

I actually feel like the things I've been through so far are exactly as I imagined them to be. I am about to finish the race and despite the obstacles I wouldn't change a thing.
